Accumulator is a kind of energy storage device in hydraulic pneumatic system. It converts the energy in the system into compressive
energy or potentialenergy at the right time and stores it. When the system needs it, it converts the compressive energy or potential energy
into hydraulic or pneumatic energy and releases it to replenish the supply system. When the system pressure increases momentarily, it can
absorb this part of the energy, to keep the whole system pressure normal. Mainly used in mining, agriculture, engineering, abandoned automobile,
electric power, transportation, metallurgy and other industries.
1) nominal capacity: 0.0.075-3.5L
2) pressure rating: 5-35Mpa
Features of Diaphragm Accumulators:
The design is a hydro-pneumatic type accumulator that utilizes compressed nitrogen to supply fluid to the hydraulic system. The nitroge and hydraulic fluid are separated by means of an elastomeric membrane HAD units are the diaphragm welded non-repairable type that can be supplied in both non-rechargeable and chargeable versions.
*Hydraulic accumulator according to Pressure Equipment Directive97/23/EC
*sizes range from 0.075L to 3.5L
*pressure rating 250 bar on most sizes, with special options available up to 350 bar.
* units are economical solutions for pulsation dampening and energy storage applications where only a small volume of usable fluid required.
*Verycompact design allows for the use of the HAD product in the smaest oflocations. industrial or mobile hvaraulic in nature.
*Multiple elastomer options for many different fluid and temperature driven applications.
*Multiple fluid port options are available such as UNF, NPT,BSPP,and metric M threaded designs.
*Two gas valve options are available for pre-charging, the standard Schrader valve tvpe common for the US market(7/8-14UNF connection) and the European standard M28 threaded connection.
Reserve Energy Storage
The accumulator can assist the pump body by adjusting the release of internal hydraulic oil. After the accumulator is equipped, the specification requirements of the pump can be appropriately reduced to achieve scientific energy conservation and efficiency
Reduce Pulsation Impact
In the fluid circuit, due to the flow of liquid, it will more or less produce pulsating impact on the equipment, and even produce stronger impact when various valves are closed and the circuit fluid changes sharply. After installing the accumulator, it can be used as a buffer to effectively reduce pulsation and impact.
Maintain Stability
When the external pressure or weight has an impact on the equipment system, the accumulator can well bear the change of external weight by adjusting its internal gas and liquid balance, so as to avoid severe shaking and fluctuation of the equipment and maintain the balance and stability of the equipment.
