Reduce Pulsation Impact
In the fluid circuit, due to the flow of liquid, it will more or less produce pulsating impact on the equipment, and even produce
stronger impact when various valves are closed and the circuit fluid changes sharply. After installing the accumulator, it can be
used as a buffer to effectively reduce pulsation and impact

Maintain Stability
When the external pressure or weight has an impact on the equipment system, the accumulator can well bear the change of external
weight by adjusting its internal gas and liquid balance, so as to avoid severe shaking and fluctuation of the equipment and
maintain the balance and stability of the equipment.

Pressure Volume Compensation
In the pressure circuit, in case of internal leakage or changes in external factors such as pressure and temperature, which

Purpose.

1)When the flow required by the load at low speed is less than the flow of the hydraulic pump, the excess flow of the hydraulic pump is stored in the accumulator. When the flow required by the load is greater than the flow of the hydraulic pump, the liquid is discharged from the accumulator to compensate for the insufficient flow of the hydraulic pump.

2)When the machine is stopped but still needs to maintain a certain pressure, the hydraulic pump can be stopped and the accumulator can compensate the leakage of the system to maintain the pressure of the system.

The accumulator can also be used to absorb the pressure pulsation of the hydraulic pump or the hydraulic shock pressure generated in the system. The pressure in the accumulator can be generated by compressed gas, heavy hammer or spring, and the accumulator can be divided into gas type, heavy hammer type and spring type. The direct contact between gas and liquid in the gas accumulator is called contact type. Its structure is simple and its capacity is large, but the liquid is easy to be mixed with gas. It is often used in hydraulic compressors. The gas that does not contact with the liquid is called the isolation type. It is often isolated by the skin bag and the diaphragm. The volume of the skin bag changes greatly while the volume of the diaphragm changes slightly. It is often used to absorb the pressure pulsation.
