Balanced  Conveyor Belt :

Balanced weave belt, also called as wide spiral belts or wire link belts in different countries, consists of a series of alternating single or double left-hand and right-hand spirals connected by crimped or straight cross wire. Round or flattened spiral wire are used. With its unlimited choice of mesh selection, balanced spiral belting has a wide range of mesh size suiting for almost any application.

There are three types of driving methods - positive drive, friction drive and chain drive. Each has its own character. Left-hand and right-hand spiral give the spiral belt excellent tracking properties which can prevent the balanced belt from pulling to one side. Crimped cross rods holding the spiral coil in place reduces the ratio of lateral movement of the belt.

Different Styles :
Balance weave conveyor belts are available in various pitches, wire diameters, mesh lengths for numerous applications whether it be heavy loads conveying by super strong belts or transporting small or unsorted products by conveyor belts with high density. The opening of balanced weave belts is determined by pitches of spirals and cross rods which range from 4mm up to 50mm. Additionally, spirals wires can be executed with round and flat wires to suit your needs.

Here are four main styles of balanced weave conveyor belts - flat wire type, standard type, double wire type and double balanced weave type as shown in following pictures:


Edge Finishes:
Balanced weave belts offers a variety of side finishes: welded edge, bending edge, S-hook edge, welded chain link edge as shown in the following pictures. Meanwhile, edge plates, fights and other configurable parts can be mounted to the belt as your request.
