Gabion box is a strong-structure product with hexagonal or rectangular holes, which can be divided into woven gabion box and welded gabion box according to different fabrics. Gabion box is also called gabion baskets, which can be divided into galvanized gabion box, Galfan coated gabion box, stainless steel gabion box and PVC coated gabion box because of different materials. Gabion box has many characteristics, such as robust and flexible structure, excellent permeability, good corrosion and rust-resistance, high tensile strength and good durability. It can be used for protective applications and decorative applications, such as rockfall barrier, slope protection, retaining wall, flood controlling, gabion planter and landscape constructions.
