The radiator heat pipe adopts high-pressure low-carbon steel pipe, the radiator head is made of low-carbon steel plate, the single column head is made of whole plate stamping, and the welding method is non welding inert gas shielded argon arc welding. The full-automatic welding production process is adopted to ensure no leakage points and full welding, which is twice the service life of ordinary welding.
The coating of steel column radiator adopts thermosetting resin powder. The coating is non-toxic, non-volatile, has good thermal stability, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, good gloss, and there are no phenomena such as rust penetration, paint skipping, anti-corrosion coating falling off. The anti-corrosion treatment is produced by Beijing Research Institute of non ferrous metals, which is the national production of YDR anti-corrosion, which has won the national scientific and technological progress award.
The steel column radiator has two steel columns, three steel columns, four steel columns, five steel columns, six steel columns and seven steel columns.
Before leaving the factory, the steel column radiator products are subjected to hydrostatic test group by group. The test pressure is 1.5MPa, twice the industry standard. The pressure is applied for 5 times, including single column pressure, group pressure, before phosphating, after phosphating, and after plastic spraying. Steel column radiator this product is a brand-new, nondestructive and fully equipped product. At the same time, auxiliary materials such as vent valve, heat dissipation equipment bracket, steel column type heat dissipation equipment inlet and outlet plug and so on will be present together with the heat dissipation equipment, and the specification of the heat dissipation equipment bracket meets the requirements of planting on a 200mm thick light wall, and the bracket hook and manual vent valve can leave 1% loss.
