Product Description
Spot welded filter discs is a kind of multilayer screen pack, the filter discs are manufactured with 2 ply, 3 ply or 5 ply design of different stainless steel wire mesh, they are assembled in proper sequence and held together by spot welded processing. This type fiters in lieu of single layer screen mesh filter discs can effectively to eliminate operator error, and increase the strength and durability of the meshes.
INNOVAT manufactures spot welded multilayer screen packs for any makes and sizes, the discs sizes range from 50 mmto 600 mm, and micron ratings from 5um nominal and up available, the wire mesh iscommonly constructed with materials of 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel.
