Plate conveyor belt can be divided into three types: chain, perforated and convex plate conveyor belt. Chain plate conveyor belt can be made into L-shaped, U-shaped or rectangular according to the requirement of space. The holes on the surface of perforated plate conveyor belt with good heat dissipation function. Convex plate conveyor belt has protrusions on the surface that provides the product excellent non-slip to prevent product from falling.

Roller Chain and Sprockets

Roller Chain:

ASME/ANSI roller chains are most widely used and common seen type. It can be divided into standard roller chains and heavy duty roller chains. Standard roller chains are widely used in various common applications and industries while the heavy duty roller chains suit heavy duty applications needing high performance and loading capacity. Besides, we can supply the leaf chains and double pitch chains for different applications.


Sprockets:
Roller chain sprockets can be divided into three styles with different outer diameters and technique data.
The type A roller chain sprocket has the simplest structure, which is plain and without any extensions on both side. It offers a stable and secure attachment to the shaft. The type B and type C roller chain sprockets have one hub extensions on one or both side to provide stability, and allow for the use of full-depth key ways and standard setscrews to attach the sprocket. They can also accommodate a wide range of shafts.
