1:Punching The Metal Sheet

B:According to different perforated metal tubes perforating the different steel strip in order to make the tubes.

C:Perforated metal tubes are available in diameter up to 6 in. & lengths up to 30 in

D:wall thickness from 0.024 in. to 0.118 in. & tube lengths up to 27.5

2.Welding Perforated Metal Tube

A:There are two normal Welding TYPES:one is Sprial welding perforated steel tubes and the other one is straight way to make the perforated metal tube.

B:Sprial welding perforated metal tube is more strength than the straight welded perforated tubing.

C:Straight perforated metal tube and sprial welding tubes are both could be as the filter elements.

3:Perforated tubes surface treatment

A:If the material is carbon steel Round Hole Perforated Tube usually we choose elctric galvanizing which could prevent the perforated carbon tube rust and make the tube long life for using.

B:If the material is Perforated Steel Tubing we often to electrolytic polishing which could make the stainless steel filter tubes more beautiful and cleaner.

C:Both the straight welding tube and sprical perforated tubing are also need to polish burrs which could not harm when we use them.
