The main task of the hydraulic accumulator is to accumulate fluid under pressure and return it when necessary.
Since the accumulator contains a fluid under pressure, it is treated as a pressure tank and must therefore be sized for the maximum operating pres- sure according to test regulations in force in the country where it is instal- led.
To achieve the volume compensation and get the accumulation of energy, the fluid is pre-loaded by a weight, a spring or a compressed gas.

Reduce Pulsation Impact
In the fluid circuit, due to the flow of liquid, it will more or less produce pulsating impact on the equipment, and even produce stronger impact when various valves are closed and the circuit fluid changes sharply. After installing the accumulator, it can be used as a buffer to effectively reduce pulsation and impact
Maintain Stability
When the external pressure or weight has an impact on the equipment system, the accumulator can well bear the change of external weight by adjusting its internal gas and liquid balance, so as to avoid severe shaking and fluctuation of the equipment and maintain the balance and stability of the equipment.
Pressure Volume Compensation
In the pressure circuit, in case of internal leakage or changes in external factors such as pressure and temperature, which changes the volume of liquid oil in the system and affects the stability of internal pressure of the system, the accumulator can be used as timely compensation to maintain the stability of the hydraulic system
