Bladder accumulators are hydraulic energy storage devices designed to store fluid under pressure, dampen pulsation,compensate for leakage, and maintain system stability. They consist of a seamless pressure vessel, an elastomeric bladder,
and a gas valve. Ideal for industrial, mobile, and marine hydraulic systems, they ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Accumulators use incompressible fluid and a compressed gas, spring or raised mass to store potential energy.Accumulators are used in fluid power systems to store energy, absorb shock, and maintain system pressure.
The compressibility of gas ( nitrogen ) is utilized in hydro-pneumatic accumulator for storing fluids.
INNOVAT bladder accumulators are based on this principle, using nitrogen as the compressible medium.
The bladder accumulator consists of a fluid section and a gas section with the bladder action as a gas-proof screen.
The fluid around bladder is connected with the hydraulic circuit, so that the bladder accumulator draws in fluid when
pressure increases and the gas is compressed.
When the pressure drops, the compressed gas expand sand forces the stored fluid into the circuit.
Fabrication according to china bladder accumulator standard GB/T20663-2006,and CS mark will be stamped on the shells.
when the products will be delivered, the safety supervise inspection certificated will be attached.
